According to the new keyword tool, [memory upgrades] has had the following monthly exact searches over the last year (most recent first):

Unfortunately I think you've been done by a ramper / auto query / Google error. The Old KW tool just gives you the last month value by default, but you can see something is up if you select "Show search volume trends" as the graph leaps from nothing in October.

The low searches and org.uk extension makes it £0 for me undeveloped, but like a lot of names, if it were a ranked site making money then it would have value.
