Contact from owner of Flip PLEASE!!!

Hi

I have been trying to contact owner of Flip to give me advice following an issue with a flip auction I recently held.

I have tried 3 times over the last few weeks to make contact using the contact section on the flip web site but I never get a reply.

I believe the owner to be Ryan at Digital candy - could he kindly make contact.
