Fr the industry you are in Rob, I'd say about £8k+

Those rent back fella's would make that back in one deal. Tell them they can rent it from you, and then keep increasing the payments, then ask them how they like it.

That is of course if they are the rent back chaps, if not you may have just p1ssed someone off,

According to domainprices.co.uk, HomeSell.co.uk went for £9,247 in Feb 2006. I think yours is a strong name, certainly a valuation in the thousands, I suggest you take a look at the Property category on domainprices.co.uk to get a better idea.

i would hold on to it rob,the market is in freefall and this would determine the price for your domain,saying that some dozy plonkers have just opened an estate agents in my village....dohhh!!!
