download movies would be better and .net doesn't help
It could be an information site about where to this and that and how to this and that with torrent etc - set it up once and forget about it.
I'm not sure of any deep down value though. Get traffic and repeat visitors and then it could be busy, but inherently I'd put it at low £xxx if you're very lucky.
