Yeah but 25-40 hits on 1 page is useless.
Now if you broke the page into 5 other pages, then you would potentially serve 5x more ads, which is 5x more opportunies to get a click ?
With 5 pages you could server intertersial ads as well, boosting your revenue more.
Use google analytics and I'll bet your bounce rate is 80% or more.
To use the headers just type
<h1>Header</h1>
And replace the 1 for upto 6 for different sizes.
They help to break the page up making it easier to read and for people to find the bit they are looking for
Oh if you want to alter the white space below the header and maybe centre it, use
<h1 style="margin-bottom:0px; text-align:center">
You can change the 0 to whatever, and center to left or right, and the bottom to top/bottom/left/right too
