It is not where the registrar is that has anything to do with it!
...nominee management is the the perfect way to manage privacy
Which, as I was saying, has nothing to do with what registrar you use. I could go to 123reg and reg a domain using a third party name/contact details.

Maybe you haven't, but all it takes is one 'nominee' to decide that they quite like that domain, or a DRS dispute not being forwarded, or the Nominet not accepting the DRS responce as you are not the legal registrant, etc etc...
no it is not unless someone helpful provides the emails to them in bulk at a price
As you do not see email addresses on the DAC or Whois, any bulk email lists being provided will not have come from the domain database.
