Welcome blaster. Maybe you can explain what they are? The bar is pretty high for .uk names - look at the for sale sections here (especially at what actually sells and for how much) and you'll see what I mean.

ptube.co.uk - p might be useful for: picture, porn, personal, .... basically video uploads
ewheel.co.uk - automobiles, spareparts,

I see what your thinking, but because they are not obvious they need to be branded and therefore a company could just as easily choose any other domain which lessens any value undeveloped.

I think in the first case having the word would work alot better, ie porntube.co.uk, picturetube.co.uk

Also for the second domain ewheels.co.uk would work better.

People tend to buy wheels and not A wheel.
