vpn.co.uk and sdsl.co.uk are clearly the pick of the bunch. Some of the others look a little random i.e. they don't look as if they correspond directly to frequently searched keyphrases, but more as if they're just trying to "contain all the keywords" without worrying if the result is a keyphrase or not... But the first 2 are really strong.
