Why do you seem to register anything with "letting" in it?

I would move on from the "letting" style domain names you are registering Lex.

The problem with lettings names is that lettings is a niche, compared to estate agency which is a much higher revenue business.

The only use i could really see for these names is for perhaps a recruitment agency, a personal CV site (as a gimmick! - but the might pay your reg fee!) or some kind of new style portal.

Very limited...

When i've let somewhere i've never felt the need for a 3rd party Negotiator.
Personally i've a problem spelling it!

perhaps a business may require someone to find them rental property but this proably falls into the estate agents market again

I suppose that adds some value to your domain perhaps if these people did freelance work etc you'd have a good site for Lettings Negotiator CVs or just a job bank for lettings agents - def think its an internal industry market.

I would like realistic appraisals obviously - however...one of the few lettings domains that aren't mine has a massive price tag... it's a hyphen etc... so these domains have value that are basically growing by the day!

Had LettingsAgency.com valued by a professional domain name broker with many many years of experience; he values it @ £30K +!!!

Trouble is Lex, you ask for an appraisal then if it's not what you expect it to be or what you think it's worth then you get all defensive, you might as well appraise your own names and just tell us what you think they are worth.

See, i would appraise that name not at £30,000 but at about £500-£1000 but of course i am not a proffesional name broker (though i could call myself that if i wanted as i don't think you can get a qualification in domain name brokering) you won't be happy unless someone agree's with the figure in you head!

What's the point?

I don't agree with the figure...lettings market is all about the customer...driving more customers to your site.....don't see the name doing that....as for the other names you have....I don't see them working much...if I am looking for a letting agent I would not (personally) type in any of your domains BUT some will use lettings agents or similar so some small value to them....I will give you £250 for ALL those lettings names your have advertsied on acorn...fair price
