Wanted: Service any advice for a call center to call hosting clients?

hi, as some of you are aware I run hosting.co.uk
I would like to call my clients and ask them what services they like and what they don't like. And maybe also sell them some of our new services.
the call center should know about technology, so that the word hosting or email is not something completely new to them.
any idea whom to contact?
or maybe here int he forum is somebody that likes to be on the phone for a few bucks extra?
