Ok, so we used to have a furniture shop selling dining sets, vases, stone candle holders, teak stools etc. We were also quite a large teak garden furniture manufacturer but that side of the business is continuing but the garden furniture stock has now moved to a new location up north. We are left with all the other stuff. Hundreds of boxes of very good quality vases and candle holders and around 20 dining tables. Some teak and some very thick oak planks. Its a huge mish mash of items all in a approx 1500sqft warehouse.that could provide someone a good earning for a few years by just selling it on on ebay.

Does anyone have any good ideas of how to get it all sold as one lot? Was thinking of taking pictures and having a viewing day advertised on ebay as a listing. Any other ideas? There is probably close to 40 or £50k and we are willing to let it all go for a fraction of that price.

It may be worth looking into Amazon fulfilment, you won't be selling it as one lot but at least you could generate some profit and not have to worry about storing it yourself.

As above, id recommend Amazon Fulfilment, I can put you in touch with someone from Amazon if it helps. Not sure of the process in your particular situation as it may require some leg work, but you never know. Shoot me a message and ill put you in a touch with them.

Thanks guys but we just don't have time to deal with any of this. Literally just need for some sort of clearing company to come and pick all this up. Might just create a rough list of items with approx. average cost, take a picture of the warehouse and get people to bid on it on ebay. Anyone know of any places where you can sell clearance /closing/bankrupt stock in bulk?

Auction house will take them.

Why not try contacting a competitor and offering the stock as you've moved on?

Hi Kate

Drop me a pm with rough inventory and I might take the lot.

Thanks

Rob

Thanks for everyone's input. Noted that a few people tried to start a conversation but my inbox was full. All cleared now. If anyone is interested its really best to arrange to pop over to see the warehouse which is located in WD6.

Regards,
Kate
