Does Sedo have account managers?

That is, a person that is assigned to my account that I can deal directly with.

Have emailed you in the past, but replies don't seem forthcoming. I use gmail so perhaps a few emails get blocked by your system?

To be "Sedo Pro" what does one need to be doing (parking and/or sales) to qualify?
 
I do have problems on occasion with emails going to my junk folder.

If you don't get a reply for some reason just call me. :)

To be a Sedo Pro you need to have over 1000 domains or generate 200 Euros in parking a month.

I do recall applying a number of years back but never heard back.

With your stated criteria I would be granted pro status.

Commonsense would tell me to upgrade everyones account that meets that criteria without the need to chase it.

Is their anyone I can deal with directly to be upgraded, perhaps yourself?
 
In addition, we also will examine the quality of your traffic and the domains in your portfolio, and in some cases even portfolios meeting the minimum size requirements may not qualify for membership in SedoPro.

On that page I just entered my standard user name and password and got:

Your application will be reviewed by a SedoPro account manager, and you will receive a response within 2-3 business days.

So that will do?
