Any ideas whether these domain names would be of any value?

2k2bt.co.uk
2kool2btrue.co.uk

Thanks

Sorry, I can't see any value at all in either of those, what was the idea behind registering them?

Hard to remember names and they fail miserably on the radio test.

Thank you for your comments, 2k2tb and 2kool2btrue is a range of designer clothing from USA based along tattoo designs - there are existing .com sites but nothing on .co.uk and I wondered about contacting them to see if interested.
Your opinion would be appreciated.
Thanks

Both terms are registered trademarks in the UK, presumably by the .com owners:

If you contact the TM holders, they can take the names from you via a DRS as you have clearly registered the names in bad faith, you would be better off deleting the domains before that happens, or before they send you a legal letter.

Rob posted yesterday regarding a TM name he used to own, see what can happen if somone wants to pursue it against you here: http://www.acorndomains.co.uk/domai...-no-trademark-i-have-domain-2.html#post443062

Just had a look at your profile and see you have a list of names there that you've registered recently, many with 0 replacing o in the words, seriously, don't waste any more of your money registering names like that, they have zero value and wont sell.

Yes listen to Systreg, i started buying domains about 1 month ago. I have 42 now and have sold 0, i used to think i had some really good ones but truth is most of them are garbage. I write down most of my ideas in a workbook now while im still learning.

They only seem like a small family type business to me.

Their 122k followers on facebook are clearly bought.

But anywho If your plan is to register domain names owned by trademark holders you're asking for trouble :(

Hi

Thank you for your comments & advice. The sites weren't deliberately bought in bad faith, I've only been buying sites for the last couple of months and I'd no idea those names were trademarked. Am definitely on a learning curve at the moment !

Yes, we bought a few site names using numbers instead of letters - and now realise that it wasn't a good idea - very new to site name buying and still have loads to learn

Was def not a deliberate plan Murray, just a lack of understanding and knowledge. Won't be something I do again without checking thoroughly.

yes such a bad time for a newbie to come into this game, cheap prices of domains but it is addictive and can ruin you with renewals and the initial outlay..try looking for previous sales on acorn and see what is currently selling and work out which niches are moving upward.

Regards

Mark
