21 Click-throughs in July & only €0.71?!

Just looking through my Sedo DN stats so far for July.

Sex-Net.co.uk has 21 click-throughs in July so far, which = only €0.71!

That has to be pretty poor for 21 click-throughs surely - am I being short-changed?!

I'd do better popping the name on my own server, with a free adult template and my own Google adsense and put a 'Name for Sale' link back to Sedo.

I did have one of my parked domains - winter-vacations.co.uk earning €0.33 per click but unforunately only a couple of people clicked on it.

I wonder how much Sedo make from this, nudge, nudge

Yes, I had some interest in BilliePiper.co.uk and it's still for sale at AD.

I recently reg'd Baby-Face.co.uk as a pitch into the current, apparent demand for 'Baby' related domain names, not because of the singer/songwriter.

I don't think adult names pay very well on any parking program. Music is the same. I have a pretty wide-ranging portfolio on sedo and I have been averaging for the year around 0.25 euros per click.

I'm having my best month to date on sedo, ave €1.74 a click, with my top one being €2.57. On the other hand, my adsense earnings have plummeted and are 200% lower than 3 months ago with the same doms.

You cant use Adsense with any sites that include adult content.

That said, if your site doesn't actually have images then would that apply?
Even if it were okay, you're unlikely to get adult links appearing (which is probably what your visitors will be after!) because presumably adult sites aren't allowed to advertise on adsense.

Bleeding hell. Encouraging though. At least we know good money can be made on Sedo.

I had my best € per click today. A (solitary) €0.37 and I was over the moon.

In your opinion, how important is having the right keyword(s)? Is some of it down to luck?

Moved to park and in 1 week with 1/2 the domains i've made $16
