I just went to start a new topic in the domain name offers invited section, and get this message:

You have reached the maximum number of threads (1) allowed in a 720 minute period for this forum.

I've not seen this before, has it only recently been introduced, how long has that been like that, seems a bit severe that you can only make one new post every 12 hours?

It's been there since forever to throttle some of the sales forums but shouldn't show anywhere else. What forum where you in?

Admin, it was in the UK domain name offers invited section, I hadn't see it there before, I know you can't reply to your own posts for 720 minutes, but hadn't see it stopping the posting of a new topic.

How do you do this in vBulletin, is it out of the box or is there a 3rd party thingy to do it? Thanks.
