I would rather add a little bit more and get an LL.com that will definately rise in Value. It will be interesting to know where the offer came from?
Not saying Denys’s offer is fake but as the declined offer is displayed wouldnt that raise questions in a potential buyers mind
Good points Murray, I meant value in terms of use and in terms of asset, for eg LBC is quite popular worldwide and lose traffic to lbc.com so much so they had to advertise on lbc.com..dont get me wrong radio is a super premium domain but I personally wouldnt call my company radio I rather have an lg.com or aa.com etc On the declined offer diplayed on the site I agree with you, but is like walking into a showroom and seeing previously declined offers displayed on cars kinda makes you question if there is flexibility for a deal or a tactic to sandbox you. Just my view and offcourse no one forces a buyer to bid.One would assume the bidder is trying to buy it because they believe it would be valuable to use, not to sell
Fake or no, displaying it says "there has been some serious interest" and also "don't bother offering me anything below this amount"
If you were happy to accept £227,500 you wouldn't put you aren't on the site
you are leaking infoAdmin said:Hello. So, do anyone happen to know anything about Whois and how it can be accessed?
