    Nameshift by domainers

I mean, the feature request would be the ability to manage domains, so the ability to add/edit, pricing, bio etc. Most of that could be done at Dan before and is the reason I preferred it. It's also the reason I didnt migrate to afternic, the inablity to manage domains via an API. my use case...

    Nameshift by domainers

Any plans to add an API? I need to be able to manage - add/remove/edit domains automatically as I have domains come and go daily.

    Goodbye Dan.com

Thanks, but no mention of an API - I have no idea how anyone can manage a portfolio without an API.

Domain Incite GoDaddy likely to win relaxed .xxx deal

    Complete A quick UI update

The newsletters are too frequent, I dont open them. Also, I believe the 810 users are those which click a link in the newsletter, not just open (no way to know this unless the recipient has allowed remote content)

    Goodbye Dan.com

my small (~200 domain) portfolio is 95% .co.uk - where should I move to? afternic seems a bit of a turn off to me, although 50% of my *2* sales were via afternic lol.

this doesnt seem intuitive. a standard green dot by the avatar would be sufficient and easily understood. a red dot for offline is not necessary.

    Chat GPT

Theres definitely an argument for learning how to use AI to get the job done, vs learning to code. However, I'd definitely 100% recommend that you learn the fundamentals of code, including databses and scaling. You wont know if AI is doing a good job if you dont understand its output.

    Hosting somewhere else

You'd need to add an NS record for each name you want to use, i.e. @, www., mail. - not very practical and another reason I wouldn't recommend CF as a registrar for a domainer. This for example, would mean that if you want to take advantage of a brokers discounted commission rate for using...

    Hosting somewhere else

Keep in mind, that cloudflare place a 60 day lock on new registrations, so you cannot change the IPSTag via them for 60 days. You'll need to go via nominet.

Transfer OUT of cloudflare for newly registered .co.uk (60 day lock)

I recently regged a .co.uk via Cloudflare, (a week ago) and after an offer, I've decided to sell the domain. However, cloudflare does not allow changing of the IPSTag within the first 60 days or registration, they cite Icann (incorrectly?), but anyways... Would I be right in assuming I can get...

    Restriction on IPStag changes?

I transferred a .co.uk domain from one registrar to another yesterday and then renewed it; Shortly after, I got an email confirming the sale of the domain via dan/afternic. I need to change the IPStag again; but met with an "error" (unknown, waiting for support). Is there a 60 day restriction...

domains and previous owner email addresses

so, I wasnt sure which forum to post this in but it seems themost appropriate. So, i regged a pretty generic keywordverb.co.uk which has previously been registered, but expired. Anyway, I do a catchall on all domain email, mainly to find out how spammed the domain is. Natrually, I end up...

Has anyone dealt with YAY.com for domains?

Just thought I'd update; I do not approve of suspending my account while this is going on. But anyhow, I did have to provide ID, which I did and Jez, who I was dealing with, remained professional but friendly during the back and forth.

Has anyone dealt with YAY.com for domains?

Yeah, they bill for domains in USD and US address on invoices. Paypal issue is a strange one, but I think it's because they are set up for subscription based payments, paypal refuses to let me pay them. First time I've had that. It's probably work if they were using standard paypal payments.
