When I saw this available I jumped at it. But I'm not sure if it's a US influence on me with all the adverts I see about grey hair.

Would be interesting to see peoples thoughts on if they'd have bought it?
Appraisals above reg fee? Did I spell it correctly? (I think grey=UK, gray=US)

Does anyone know if 'Just for Men' have an affiliate scheme? or what the G's CPC might be?

Useful tip, if you Goggle the word you intend to buy or register and see no paid for Goggle Adwords in the right-hand column then the domain is probably not going to be that profitable to sell on and will almost certainly need developing for it to increase in value.

I think this domain falls into this category.......

Hmmm. Interesting tip. I'll remember that one.

OK so after that I've had 1 of 2 reasons smacked why I thought there could be value there (unless there is a way that good content cound bring better ads if optimised fpr 'grey hair' or 'hair dye' which bring a few more adverts?)

What do you think about the word as a phrase though? Would you say this is a reg fee one or it might have value in it kind of being a phrase? "Greying?" implies only one thing really grey hair - unless it's used more like that in the states (my vocab is a bit messed up)

Agreed re: adwords,
if you type grey in unbelievably there are no ads for that either, however there are 211 million google results which is always a good sign!
greying only brings up 411,000 though :???:
Could be a great grey hair site i think..ideal name for it.. Defo worth more than reg-fee :p

That's what I like to hear :)

I didn't think that the ads on google searches would be so few - surprised... but we'll see, I may just stick it on my pile of domains for a while.

I think its good,

if someone is going to be looking for hairdye its probably because they are greying, not allready grey.

Im sure alot of people will be typing in greying hair when they start seing those hairs pop up!

Thanks Mat, I was just washing the dishes and thought to myself I wonder if 'graying' is available too as a UK typo.

I checked it and it was free, so I've just reg'd that now too

That's how domaining sucks you in! I didn't want to spend anything on domains today and I've already spent 20 quid on these 2 and 1 other.

Well, since you have to develop it, it's not necessarily confined to a site about greying hair in need of dye. It could be a site about all the problems that make people's hair turn grey. I've heard people say 'Greying' in answer to 'How are you?' The suggestion is that they're greying day by day because of tough stuff in their lives, bolshie kids, etc.

Just my two cents. :)

Thanks Allie, I didn't think of the scope like that but it makes a lot of sense. Thx
