So how do you come up with that amazing assessment?

I have had estimates of over £10,000 from other sources so I am curious as to why you think it is not valuable...

The only thing going for this particular domain are the keywords, however if you are ever offered anything in double figures for it, then take it. Its not really worth much at all.
