I have recently designed and built the following website (Website launched 4 weeks ago!):

Gym Membership | Cheap Gym Membership | Discount Health Club Membership | CheapGymMembership.co.uk

I am now receiving about 30 UV's a day - and it is growing! The site is highly listed for a large amount of related cheap and discounted Gym phrases on Google and Yahoo.

Anyone who takes this website on, has a great opportunity to make it into a high traffic website. Baring in mind the current credit crunch, gym memberships are likely to fall, and as such users will be increasingly trying to save money and gyms will be looking at ways in which they can provide incentives and great offer to entice new members - here lies a great opportunity to grow the website!

I am not desperate to sell, but would consider a sensible offer. The site was launched about 4 weeks ago, and has had earned barely any revenue.

Thanks for your interest Tinky Winky.

I appreciate all your points and understand that it is a fair offer at face value, however I don't think I can let it go for such a low level.

I understand at this moment in time, the gym offer is one which is coming to an end, however I can foresee a similar offer being introduced in the near future by Pru Health, or one of it's competitors. It has been incredibly popular offer and one which has had a long life span in South Africa where it originated from, and as such, I do not view this as the end for such a site as Cheap Gym Membership. This website really could be a great investment for someone if they have the patience to keep it's search engine rankings and then capitalise when the next offer is introduced.

Once again, thank you very much for the offer, and sorry that I am unable to let it go for such a level. Any further offers will be considered, please contact me if you are interested.
