It seems my original post has upset james, I will make this a little more clear as I should have from the start,

2008 a girl asked our company to update her site, she had her own domain name crumbscakesni.co.uk we redesigned her whole site, we asked her to get her old ISP level seven creative to transfar the domain to us, They emailed us back saying they has updated the ISP tag and to contact our ISP to pick the domain up, we did we had the co.uk domain in our account, so we bought the cilent another 4 domains making her have a total of 5 domains, site was good looking and everything was fine, when it came to payment, the cilent said level seven creative has offered to give her free hosting, free domains, and would redesign her whole site for free, Myself and my buisness partner, said to the cilent look we have already complete the work at your request, if you want to go back to level seven creative you can, but before we release all your domains you must pay us our bill which was £275 that was for, a site redesign, 5 domain names, as we paid to renew her co.uk for another 2 years, 1 years hosting, and a pop3 email account, to cut a long story short, level seven took the co.uk domian back through nominet as we didnt complete the transfare, they bought the cilent a 6th domain crumbs-cakes.com and are using our work, I think her current ISP level seven creative where very slimey in what they done, I dont want to deal with these sort of people again, hence why I am wanting someone else to take these domains,

these domains get alot of traffic, great if you own a cake shop and want some orders or maybe you want to make a deal with level seven as I dont

So you have malicious intent in selling them? Good way to start on a forum, trying to dodgy sell names based on passing off on another persons business.

It doesn't suprise me that you're trying to flog off trademarks in your other sales thread.

the right person with the right knowledge could make a deal with the company that has the co.uk domain,

and james as for trademarks in my other Thread, check the whois on every domain there, you will see designersmania owns them all, and I am pretty sure they are all parked pages, so how am I effecting anyones trademarks?

Looks like you've got registered the company names of companies in Ireland / NI and even more foolishly larger multinationals in aim of a quick buck! Very unscrupulous.

hi james the .ws where passed to me from a friend, the rest are local companies yes in belfast who I was going to write to asking if they wanted a site, having their domain name would have been a good start, I no longer have time to contact all these cilents and build sites as I am starting a full time course in september, again hence why they are for sale

I know this is a sales thread, but feel I should comment:

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt being a noobie... but get shot of those TM domains. Things have changed in the domain world and posting the likes of... dare I say it MS names on any forum will land you in the deep stuff. Delete them today, no one will buy them and the downside is big, very big.

when you say TM domains, do you mean the three .ws domains? I didnt know buying these could get me into trouble, I always thought that I could buy any domain out there? Should I contact my ISP and request these domains to be deleted?

I am sure you can buy anything, but they have no value and you are asking for trouble just owning them.

Delete them and move on.

again systreg many thanks, I didnt waste any time, as soon as ratboy said you could cause myself unwanted trouble, I asked my ISP Dynadot to delete these domains, they said it can take upto 30days, but the request has been submitted today
