I you don't already have hosting, evohosting have added wpmu to their auto-installer so a few minutes and half dozen clicks and your done

I don't provide service, but hey, it's not difficult, trust me, just upload and follow the readme. Takes few minutes. The only thing - use classic cPanel host and take note of your MySQL database name, username and password.
