Don't have the time to develop it and will use the funds from this sale to use against some advertising for another (see below).

As I stated to another member via PM, the adsense more than covers its running costs, but even then it is not due for renewal until 2013.

Its one of those sites that I am sure many have whereby you just never get around to nailing down the correct advertising and promo for it and it always gets pushed to the pack of the queue - for no particular reason.

Make me an offer, I don't want much and with a bit of tlc it should be a nice little earner.

To be honest can't judge what IRS worth without visitor and adsense stats. Normally would offer £25 if it's such a low vol kw.

eBay £5 approx

Also gets revenue via 'EasyContentUnits' but that is more difficult to quantify

Visits - 4K year
Page views - 6k year

Thats v.embarassing really - might just take it in the back garden and shoot it, put it out of its misery.
