Initially a popular property portal and estate agency directory, I bought the site a few years back and used it for estate agency lead gen.

The website was taken offline last summer because of some performance problems, and the code for it won't be included, but the sale will include the site's database of 16,000+ estate and letting agents (in SQL .bak format).

Offers please - looking for quick sale.

Data is:

• Estate agency name
• Address (normalised into street, thoroughfare, locality, town, county, postcode)
• Contact name (title, first name, surname, job title, email) - 13k records have a name and 6.5k have an email
• Phone
• Fax
• Number of employees
• Website (12.4k)
• Some statistics on how many times the listing was viewed

The data isn't perfect in terms of being current as it isn't actively maintained any longer, but it is good quality in terms of normalisation, etc.
