When does it drop?

I've seen a few of these recently...

If a domain has exceeded the 99 days from renewal, but is not suspended and the name servers still resolve, can I presume Nominet will do their own thing with this domain? Is there anything in the DAC reply (or whois) that can be used to determine if and when these domains will drop?

Over the last couple of days there were a lot of domains that didn't drop when they should have due to problems at nominet, I assume you don't mean these? others may be pre noms (pre nominet) which don't follow the same cycle and can drop anytime.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.
