Mate, please stop posting automated appraisal figures, they are a waste of time and give domain owners the wrong idea. This section is for peoples opinions on value, preferably in British Pounds!

You only need to look at the domainworth appraisal for loans.co.uk to see that it's junk for .uk domains - $49k appraisal for a £ 6/7 figure domain!!

I think it's worth 3-5 x CPAs. Should be able to achieve 1/2 a month if you structure the site right... IMO.... ranking of course.
