What name(s) would you develop?

Hello Acorn.

I am specializing in organic and ethcial domain names and I am wondering which names of this list would make the best potential for development and adsense:

organic-food.com/.biz
ethicalshop.com
organicsonline.com
socialaudit.com
ethical-investment.com
organicworld.org
corporateresponsibility.org/.net/.eu
sustainablehousing.org
organicdelivery.net
organictextile.com
organicstore.org

I am working in this business so content would not be a problem.

Another questions is whether to have one website designed and then use this as a template? And where to host to keep the costs at a minimum?

IMO - Park - gauge traffic - dev the best.

Use others for portals with different keywords...

Isn't it just as good to develop the worst? If they arent getting any parking traffic, develop them to get better SE ranking?

traffic dont matter..

i bought a name i knew would have no traffic.. parked it.. and i was right.

developed it just a little and it started getting traffic, and made on google adsense.

develop something like

organic-food.com - make sure that the code is clean, title tag, and h1 tag have the main keywords in.. use keywords throughout the site (but so you can still read it)

get people to link to site.

its a silly basic overview, but thats what you need to do.

there are lots of usesul sites, ebooks, videos on the subjet, but in a nutshell "buy domain with keyword in"
"create ste with content and keywords"
"get links to site, using keywords"

i am not an expert on this, this is what i did testing seo (and i am about to starting playing with much more, as my test went well)

Hello.

Thank you everyone for the brilliant advice so far.

So far organicsonline.com seems to be the most popular followed by organicstore.org. (I posted same posting in different forums)

I think I will go that way to develop 2 different main sites. One for the ethical names and one for the organic names and the others linking in them. THen later develop the others but make for organicworld.org the main site for the organic websites and another for the ethical websites.

I have no developing experience but I guess I have to start sometime. Why not now.

Who would be the best and least expensive reseller for hosting? Other then mentioned here?
Is the godaddy reseller account any good?
All these domains are registered there.
