Wanted: Service What is the Price for a Community Manager, Website Manager, On site Edtor etc?

Hi,

I'm considering hiring some people on a part-time basis for the following jobs but would like to hear feedback on prices from anyone who has hired these types of people:

Community Manager - Someone who can manage and update Twitter/FB/G+ campaigns and Bookmarks.

Editor - Someone who can upload content, link it together across pages, add images etc.

Writer - How much extra should I pay for them to upload content themself through WP?

Newsletter Manager - Someone who can run a weekly or monthly newsletter for me.

What sort of price should I be looking to pay? I just want this stuff outsourced.

Been looking to hire people in similar roles but I can't seem to find them, spent hours on odesk without any success...

Are you planning to hire people from the UK or abroad? That would be a big influence on the price

I'm doing it for one project to begin with, which isn't UK focused and is based in online trading.

The person obviously needs some level of knowledge and experience with the theme of the site. I have one person, very competent, who can handle all of the social media management work, including social bookmarks for $500 per month.

A couple of my other projects are in the students niche, so it should be very easy to find cheap but competent students in the UK.

I've got contacts who can upload content for me for something like $2/article (includes adding images, interlinking, keyword/meta box descriptions), but I need someone on a more long term basis where I can just cut myself out as the middle man.
