i am thinking of selling a recent purchase as i am not sure i have the time to do it justice. the site is www.weightloss.org.uk and has had a lot of recent seo work on it.
It ranks now in the top 10 for "weight loss" in Google which as you know is a huge term.
it ranks page 2 for "weight loss tips"
top 5 for "weight loss guide"
and various other terms.
I have not monetised the traffic yet which is around 1500 UV per month as of now apart from adsense which is nominal. The site has about 2000 posts, a lot of which are products and lots of content, newsletters, diet reviews etc.
It also has a lot of inbound links which are 90% permanent ones.
Looking for mid-high £,£££ from someone who can see the potential in it and knows the niche. The domain alone is superb without a site and rankings.It wont sell below that ballpark so if that is not of interest, please dont pm for more info.
It has someone writing for it full time and paid up for the next 2 months at one post a day.
Reason for sale is lack of knowledge in the niche but i will keep it going and learn it over the long haul.
