Looking to sell our long time premium generic domain and website - as no longer in long term plans as we own a gym equipment website.
Slimming /co/uk (includes /uk)
Has long history and was bought from Mrs Jello way back in the day for £12k! Now neglected for last 2 to 3 years due purely to workload.
Happy to do split payments with min. 30% upfront (we retaining ownership until final payment made - but will change the DNS to your servers from day one).
Site will come with the website - assume no income. We can provide access to the CMS for you to manage and add content - whilst you look to migrate - we can also work with your developer to migrate in a suitable format.

This may well be the best single word, generic domain that allows you to cover diets, pills, weight loss, weight management, slimming clubs, fitness, recipes and more. This is an area that is so under-targeted by a single resource.

Back to basics marketing and retention tools like calorie counters or food diaries (we used to partner with nutracheck and weightlossresources earning excellent income each month) this generic domain could help you promote your brand successfully year on year.
Weekly content and a boost to the existing content would see this rise up the rankings pretty quickly as inbound links start to come naturally (like they used to do).
- A Slimming classes/company lead generation could work really well as this is something we discussed with a number of local people (i.e. be more targeted than Bark!).
- Subscription for huel type food replacement or SlimFast
- Contact key agencies to get in on Gov campaigns
- Affiliate programs - Numan / MyJuniper / Pharmacy2U
The potential for someone with time or a small team to really accelerate the project is huge. First port of call - simply work your way through the website and interlink properly and tweak the content. A weeks work and some good inbound links and you can start ranking on first page again for a range of high value terms.
