Hi all,
I have a website, it is a uk only directory that is humanly reviewed.
The site has a complete back end for accepting, rejecting, adding, new sections etc.
The site makes approx $15 - $25 a month, it also makes approx £25-£30 a month on businesses submitting their site.
Every page on the diretory is indexed and has a PR of 1+ (about 600 pages). According to Alexa it is rated 195000 and it has a PR of 4 on the homepage.
Site receives around 3k - 5k unique visitors a month. The site is a one off and is no script that can be purchased off ebay, I have built the whole site myself using asp and MSSQL.
With the site I have done now advertising what so ever just submitted it to the big search engines and taken it from there. So if someone was to spend sometime promoting it and advertising it then they could increase profits dramatically.
Anyway, what are your thoughts on an appraisal?
