Wanted: Domain Appraisal wallunit/wallunits

I really hope I'm not causing any upset - But, honestly I've never been an active seller. I like the crowd that hang out here and wouldn't mind getting a few honest thoughts, yes I could list one a day but, I was hoping to move one or two to a sales thread tonight.

I'm not overly desperate I have a Solid offer for NoWinNoFee.org which i will accept over the weekend.

What you'll find after a few is that appraisals are worthless unless there is an offer attched.

Your best way of getting an accurate appraisal is stick it in an auction.

I appreciate your input but, then how about you tell me what you consider is the best to auction. open to suggestions from everyone

Put them all in one page and the guys will probably pick which they think is best. It's just you got them in multiple threads so hard for guys to see what you got.

Ultimately end users are best to sell to for prices, but auctions are best to get quick sales at decent prices.

Depends what you want and what you need from them though at the end of the day.

Honestly guys i'm pretty good on the TLD's com, net,org which I stil hold around 600. But as far as the UK market goes I really am a freshman, I've been a member here for just over a year but, only really started to take an interest in the UK market when Domainstate more or less collapsed. Then came to realise it's a pretty good place to hang out.

I am a member of a couple of other Global boards - but all have very little focus on the British end of the market

I know i've got some good uk domains and have sold five to direct enquires in the last year but, i really only started reg them about 2003 and have kept them all on the back burner since them. The Uk market seems to be maturing and awarness seems to be catching up with the American market. I've always estimated.co.uk domains as approx 10% value of the com, But, I am seriously intrested on what the members here think of some of my domains. I'm not holding anyone to anything

Yes mate those five direct enquiries were me.. ,you have a nice portfoilio but i would thin your portfoilio though and concentrate on say ten of the best and i would place the rest to auction,i am probably the worst person on here to give advice on concentrating on sites because i flick from one site to the next leaving half baked sites littered throughout the net...
