Looks like my £4k offer would have been good now :). Hope you get what your looking for though, good luck.

3.5-4k was my market value on this, which I'd ideally want to pay a chunk less for it, most people I've spoken to lately have been 1-2k quick sales, unfortunately they are all XQZ and such names, I'm assuming your reserve is 4k+, which is the only reason I havent bidded.

In the last hour this will hit 5ish maybe more, depends on the other names, like a while ago, I was bidding on 1 .co.uk which was extended and before I got to the other .co.uk it had ended (was on my smart phone), so many are in the same boat.

This isnt an appraisal or valuation, just a comment on the name from my view :)

Hi Skinner,

I hope you are correct. Leeroys £4k offer was a fair offer.

If it dosn't make reserve than i may offer it to the highest bidder so might we worth potential buyers placing a bid. The benefit for the buyer buying through sedo is that they have no additional fees to pay. What they bid is what they pay. No vat either.

Thanks for your comments Skinner and Leeroy.

Kind regards

George

Hi Skinner,

If you send your sedo payments through paypal using your credit card to [email protected] you won't incur any additional fees or paypal supplements and you won't have to pay your credit card bill for a few weeks at least:D

Kind regards

George

Wish I'd been wrong on my appraisal but have watched the lll.com market as I have a few still to sell ???
Shame it did not do as good as it was in 2007 sold for $10,099 so at least you have not made a big loss as the last buyer ? then 2009 for £4000 then again not makes its reserve? sedo is the only ones making cash out of lll.coms .co.uk etc at present the bubbles burst on them for the moment keep hold of it 2 -3 years should see a 25 – 30 % increase

Hi Grimmster,

Yes the auction was poor for sellers today. Saying that, can't work out why zmy.com made £4100 Bidding History-Sedo.co.uk

Will just have to hold onto it for now.

Kind regards

George

I bidded on zmy on behalf of my partner in yank land, I don't see why they wanted zmy over any other but they adamant I bidded up to 4k on it, but by the time I got my f'ing netbook online, it was already rocketting to I never bothered.

I got 2 names out of this auction and missed 4 :(

Nice 1

I picked up tracksuits.net for an amazing £49:D

Hi George

Yes strange one but I have noticed that z x q y s t seem to sell in the Chinese market (it is an airport there but I guess only time will tell...) don't think you could get any in 2007 for less than $7000 and the market will pick up just take a few years, at least if you put a site on it you will have lots of free links :p

xai is/was/probably bought by the chinese.

My chinese sucks, I always mix up Q and X sounds but that is either said Ch-eye or Chu-eye, I do a fair bit of trade in hong kong :)

I thought it had gone, I wasnt really interested in it, I assumed when it hit mid xxxx it would have gone.
