Hi ! I am not looking to buy more domains for visit-dubai.co.uk, because it is already a comprehensive site with a page about Burj Dubai already. So if people put terms like "burj dubai" or "dubai gold souk" or "price of 24 carat gold in dubai" into Google, especially Google UK , they will find that visit-dubai.co.uk is very high. The term itself is TOP if one puts "visit dubai" into Google UK and 2nd or 3rd on Google.com.
I have burj-dubai.co.uk already. How much are you asking for burjdubai.co.uk, by the way?

Domain name wise, your visitdubai.co.uk is much better than your visit-dubai.co.uk.

visitdubai.co.uk is a very solid domain name and I could see a good sale of this on a domain alone basis.

I would suggest advertising your sites for sale at affiliates4u.com as well if you haven't already.

Who owns visitdubai.co.uk ? Who is "he" ? I own visit-dubai.co.uk , but not the non-hyphenated version. A person I have known for years in Scotland has that, I think.
You do not make yourself clear on that point. However, on a "visit dubai" search into Google UK, my comprehensive site is top, and I am second on Google.com which proves that if the site and information is good, that a hyphen is no barrier to getting to the top.
Too many people on this forum are merely trying to trade names without thought of building web-sites from them , or appreciating a domain's usefulness in actually creating a memorably named site.
At the end of the day, a domain should be useful in leading to a good web-site.

I'm not sure what burjdubai.co.uk is actually worth. I know you're not considering buying any domain but what do you think burjdubai.co.uk is worth?

I've made next to no effort in putting that web site up and would more than happily sell it with that site on there ready for someone to really concentrate their efforts on.

And whilst keeping it Dubai related, i also have dubaiforums.co.uk and topjobsdubai.com/.co.uk if anyone is interested, even from a valuing point of view.

I asked you a question earlier, as to who owned burjdubai.co.uk before you got it in 2008. I may sound stupid, but that name rings a bell. I think I had it before the autumn of 2008 , but I will have to check.
If I did, I had no intention of selling it , or not registering. My people have slipped up, by not informing me of its termination. If you think I am stupid, well I had 200 Dubai domains......some with sites....others for sale......all linked into visit-dubai.co.uk . Difficult to watch everything when you are working 7 days a week at 3 businesses.
Out of interest, is there an easy way of checking who the previous owner of a domain was ?

I will NOT be trying to buy it back. I have too many domains already and am prepared to sell one or two.

Visit-dubai.co.uk forms the MAJOR part of this visit-the-world .co.uk ,traffic-wise.
I do not have separate stats for visit-dubai.co.uk, but I could get them.

Where ,in Wales, are you? I have plenty of Welsh tourism domains as well.
They include ones for Cardiff Bay ; visit-cardiff.co.uk ; visit-swansea.co.uk ;visittenby.com ........all with started web-sites. "Visit Tenby" search into Google, finds visittenby.com on front page.
