Wanted: Domain Appraisal value?

For Sale – Van Finance Business, due to being made redundant i have the following sites for sale as i have no optimisation skills or real web design knowledge, these sites produce between 300-600 finance applications a month and have generated huge profits for my previous company in commercial vehicle sales, I would either consider selling or working with someone who can developed the sites and offer an additional revenue stream to the business

You missed out the most important part: how much revenue do those van finance applications generate a month (and how much of that is profit)? Without that data, it's impossible to make any kind of meaningful analysis.

Difficult question to give a defined answer on, The websites i put together whilst i was employed so the websites so the profit was in the units sold as i only really concentrated on prime finance and limited to 80 vehicles in stock i average 20 -30 units a month with profits in the metal on around £1500 - £3000, finance coms of anywhere between £5000 £12000 per month as i no longer work for a dealer if you were to strike a deal with a finance broker on the applications i would assume a com from them of around £100 - £150 per deal on 300-600 apps i would assume a mixed bag of prime and subprime you would expect 40 -50 deals a month. If you supplied the metal then 100k+ also there’s a deal i have with Autonet insurance which they pay £60 cash per insurance taken.
So i suppose i have answered my own question, but with development these sites could be earning a lot more!
But as its speculative on the profits as the directions changed how should i value the sites / domains
