Okey Dokey, some usernames are obvious why you chose them eg, Dean but others not so straight forward

Just curious as to why you chose your username that you have ?

Mine (Doodlebug) no i don't collect model airships lol
My nickname as always been Doodle but most times it is taken so i add bug or fun etc,as with Acorn i didn't even check Doodle just regged Doodlebug without thinking :-(

So don't be shy and explain your name

Mine's my name and company name, never did really get into nicknames even back in the CB days we tended to use first names only resorting to a handle outside the home town or DX'ing

Mines because I'm a bit of a sci fi fan, got the domain droid co uk and numberplate to match (DRO 1D) - business (prior closure) was also named droid components so it seemed an appropriate username.

My usual forum name is the same "handle" I used to use as a kid when CB radios where the MSN Chat of the day.

It's about 1980 and the internet, mobile phones, emails, satellite television, and pretty much everything else that's taken for granted today just didn't exist. You're 17 and you've just passed your driving test - someone tells you about a friend of a friend who can get hold of a magic box that let's you talk to other people with magic boxes. What's it called? - a CB radio - oooooh! I've got to have one !
