Wanted: Domain Appraisal Urgent appraisal req'd

Just need a few opinions on this domain, I think it's worth more than the recent offers I'm getting but just need some more thoughts:

to ///

buy ////

Domain is .co.uk, no hyphens (and no /'s obviously!). Taken in all major extensions. This seems to be a fairly new and growing area in the property sector.

i like the name,certainly alot of money in that area.

would be inclined if you havnt done so to go to google.com/adwords then tools. then set it to UK, exact match and see what sort of volume and pay per click fees are there for that and similar terms. This is the best way i know of deciding a names value developed and undeveloped.

It may well be that the top spot for that or a simillar term would pay more in 2 weeks when developed than the offers you have been getting.

Google shows 1300 searches last month with an overall average of 1600, average CPC is £1.84 (this was < £1 a couple of weeks ago)

Current offers are low 4 figures, think I'll go for more or hold it a while. The above figures aren't huge but it seems to be a relatively new sector.

Certainly think it is one to develop or hang on to especially in the current climate. May be that "rent to buy is fairly easy to get to top spot then sell for 5* more.

Get a rent to buy faq up there asap. A few pages with questions for tennants, landlords whatever..

Get some links to government websites with more info

Add some wiki info

Leave it to boil. Nothing else aside from some google ads at the very bottom for about 1 week. I wont go into the details of why, where and what for, but just do it then see how its ranking in about 2 months in the uk only and global .co.uk google search
