I bought this with the full intention of developing into an information site but just haven't got the time at present.

Universal credit is a new welfare benefit that will be introduced in 2013, it already gets 6600 exacts and a £1.24 cpc. These exacts will grow and grow into the tens if not hundreds of thousands when the benefit is launched, the main problem will be monetising it although there are successful info type sites using adsense and info downloads.
Alternatively it could be used for a payday loan type site making credit available to everyone IE: universal credit.
I am gutted I haven't got the time to do something with this so I am looking for offers. I am not looking for speculative lowballs as it just wastes both of our time, I will entertain offers in the low to mid £xxx, if it doesn't sell in the next 7 days I will create the time to develop it as it's too good to leave on the pile.
