I know Acorn Domains isn't exactly the number one spot for .net but what do you think about the following:

UKVisa.net
90,500 global exacts
medium competition
Pretty much all EMD gone ie co, eu, pro.
Owner of UKVisa.com wants 300k USD
VisaUK.com on SEDO for 22k USD

I think domains like these are really hard to price because there will be so few buyers.

I mean maybe someone will buy it for $20k in 3 yrs down the line if you list it on Sedo.com, but in order to sell it tomorrow it might only pick up $1-3k.

There's also about 4 government owned websites ranking in the top 4 places for this in .com, albeit .co.uk SERPs look much easier.

In my personal opinion, and based on 0.73p CPC, I think it's worth maybe $10k? Possibly up to $15k I dunno. Can't see it being worth more then $20k.

Also you can't place any value on Sedo prices imo. If the prices were that good then they would be sold already, so you have to combine listing price with how long it's been listed for.

Check which country has the largest demand for visas which has the lowest acceptance see what companies are charging, Calculation based on that e.g. price charged x applications would give top end lower would be calculated on actual site stats and target those countries. Also see how easy it is to list high in them some countries are a lot easier than others? "emd" eu etc that don't need a uk visa are not a target audience ?
