I've been a customer of UKREG for a while but one thing I've never done is transfer a .co.uk name into my account.
Take the following scenario:
You buy a name from someone who has it regged at 123 reg
You get the IPS tag changed to FASTHOSTS from 123 reg
You then log into your UKREG account and click to transfer existing domains to your account and type your new domain in box provided.
Is the domain then automatically added to your UKREG account if it's a .co.uk?? I only ask as I did it with a .com name before and it e-mailed me to verify, although I don't think I had changed the IPS tag before doing this.
I can't verify on e-mail for this domain as the mail record is screwed and I don't have the admin to change it.
