Hi All

Here is a site i have For Sale
Its done well over the last 12 months for me and i listed it on Flippa a couple of months ago
In that time its been 'pending' completion of the sale but thats fallen through
Some people buy without having the funds to complete i guess

Anyway because of this i have it up for sale once more although now it has been sitting for 2 months so im not expecting the money i was originally looking for it

Ive removed my asking price on this as its stood for a couple of months now, so obviously lowered my expectations a lot
