Wanted: Domain Appraisal Top100websites

Anyone have an opinion on the usage and value of Top100websites co uk

I've got a couple to monetise it but debating whether to dev or sell.

Perhaps you could install something like Aardvark Topsites PHP - A Free PHP Topsites Script and try and encourage websites to join and get "ranked" in various categories.

Be prepared for lots of spam postings with Aardvark, although I'm sure it's progressed since last time I used it.

Regarding the domain, I don't think there's a great deal of value in the domain undeveloped, unless you try and sell it to one of the media companies who run yearly 'top 100 websites' articles.

I personally think it has a lot of potential just weighing up if I should take the time and dev it or sell on.
