I am selling a search engine optimisation company. It ranks 3rd-4th for "search engine optimisation" in google.co.uk and 1st-2nd in Bing. The domain is the exact match .org (sorry, no link as I dont want this thread to show up on a brand search).

I can also provide proof that leads directly from that website generated $8400 in revenue last month. To save us wasting each others time, I want to point out I have already turned down a couple of offers of $50k.
The domain alone is worth a fair amount - the .co.uk and the .com are owned by the same person on Sedo, with a min bid of £10k. If you bid that he counters with £35k. Even with a 10k min, both of those domains have more than 30 bids each.
This could be a brilliant income for someone, if you have the time to run it like it should be run - like a full time business.
I am selling this as I just don't have time to run it. I would rather just work on my own sites. I intended to keep hold of this, but as my earnings and work load from other sites increase, it is making more and more sense to simply offload this.
The site could earn significantly more than it is earning right now - I think it would be fair to say it could be doing with a redesign, a phone number added to the site etc. I have been turning down most leads that come in, purely because the site enquiring looked boring, or I just didn't fancy it.
