Toluna want to advertise?

I've had an email from Toluna asking about placing advertising on one or more of my sites.

People polls and opinions, Toluna.com

Has anyone had any dealings with them and is there a 'going rate' for allowing other to display advertising on your site?

They have been in touch with me wanting to advertise, however its not, they wanted me to promote them with CPA style payouts.

Different in my book, so told them to jog on as if they cant get that right then doesnt bode well.
