I have been contemplating what to do with the domain; the-range.co.uk

Given that there is the shop called The Range and it appears to be Trademarked, I'm assuming that there is not a lot I can do with it.

Just wondering if the hyphen gives you more leeway with it?

Any thoughts appreciated.

There is no 'site'? It's a parked domain?

This Google search might perhaps give you a few ideas (cut and paste it into Google exactly as I've entered it below):

intitle:"the range" site:.co.uk -site:therange.co.uk

Thanks Edwin very useful!

Any opinion on whether The Range would come after the domain?

You would be very lucky if therange come after the domain... ;)

:D

You know what I mean lol, I might offer it to them but I would only do that if I was sure they couldn't take it off me for trademark, for example.

Don't offer it to them, don't put up any ecommerce related links (even parking links) and you just might get to keep it a bit longer.

Approach them in any way or make the job of taking it off you easier, and they probably will (why wouldn't they? DRS is a "cheap" route for large companies and they'd have a case)

Why do you need to do anything with it?

I can't see it has any value what so ever sorry to say.

+1

You have very limited options to sell given the existing trademark. Personally I would drop it and move on.
