I don't see an obvious way to monetise this easily. How do you feel it could be monetised? If you created a blog it would attract techie types interested in this kind of stuff, but would you be able to then sell them something?

Alternatively, you could start a blog which gave photos of clouds that look like things, which I expect could be successful in terms of traffic, and then just use general ads, rather like icanhazcheezburger.com (the web's favourite lolcats site, as if you guys didn't know).

Normally I'm the negative one, my glass is usually half empty ....

despite this I like the domain and will remain optimistic :)

I agree, the cloud scene is just starting to kick off again, even though it has been around awhile. I think the domain has value, however I would not expect you to start jumping for joy with some offers you may receive on this, fish.

I would also think you should go down the route of cloud computing for the hosting industry. I think basing this blog on cloud hosting, you will:

A) Find your content
B) Find you niche

I say this because, cloud hosting is everywhere, but very few people actually know about it. It is a unique market that is growing quickly. This opens options for your blog. For example, information on cloud hosting, reviews on cloud hosting providers, coupon codes, ect...

Without mentioning the actual name of this forum, you should take a look at this forum for information regarding cloud hosting.

Now, what would you rather do, Flog it for £20 or make more then £20 developing it?

Thanks Jack for your thoughts and suggestions.

note to self: get rid of day job, devolop my domains instead .....

JG some good points, it made me rethink my initial feedback. I'm warming to the domain, with the right content it could be a winner :)
