Thought 123-reg had sorted themselves out??

Still having problems with 123-reg. Yesterday i regged a domain through them, checked the Whois before hand and showed as free, so went ahead, domain is in my control panel, have been invoiced and charged and the domain still ends up regged to someone else. This is the 3rd or 4th time they have let me down recently and i was wondering if anyone else is still having these issues?

I "registered" a .co.uk domain 3 days ago with 123 and they have taken the payment but it's still unregistered. I emailed them after 24 hours about it, then after 48 hours. No reply and no domain as of yet.
The only other option is to phone them but at 50p/min it'll probably cost me more to sort this out than for the domain itself.

I had a number of these over the last few months. But not any more..moved all my domains to heart internet who seem to register them almost straight away...unlike reg-123 which is basically a lottery whether they register it or not.
Also e-mails at reg-123 take forever to get answered, if at all.

I received a registration form from nominet recently for a domain I never registered or paid for yet 123-reg regged it to me!!!

muppets! best thing i ever did was move from them.
