No dousing everything in lighter fluid 'just to get it going'.
No frantically stuffing bits of rolled up newspaper into it 'just to keep it going'

No sudden wind changes leaving you with a face full of smoke.
No sausages dropping through the gaps and coming up like a dead mans fingers.
