What would you value this one at (undeveloped)?

Low exacts but very high broad match searches on Google.

Any thoughts on potential ?

Not sure whether to go for a "T shirt shop" using affiliate feeds etc or a "T shirt blog" with more content, reviews, competitions etc

Perhaps I need a combo.

its your post, so i would guess the maths - what % of a .com is a .co.uk worth - note there are a number of domains - but i think its a good market.

tshirts are everywhere - so a combo sounds good - as i put in the other post the brand names are important after point but people are always look for the latest brand.
