There are 'exact' and 'broad' results on the google keyword tool. Local exacts are what you might want to be looking out for, as that's an indication of how many people search for a term each month in the UK. Search google for "Google Keyword Tool".

On google "Surgon" gets 709,000 results, all with that spelling.

Actually Google auto-corrects a search for "surgon" to display the results for "surgeon" so no matter what you build on the domain name it won't show up.

A cursory glance at the first few results for "surgon" (with the quotes) shows that the sites in question intended to write "surgeon" but the authors were spellingly challenged.

Net-net, the value of the domain is zero.
